In your role as Marketing Manager DACH for ILT Education you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our services in the DACH market. The role is a mix of strategic and operational work, and you will be required to work across the full marketing mix. You will work remotely and will report to the DACH Area Manager.
Developing and delivering on marketing plans and strategies that will ultimately increase sales and raise brand awareness
Working across the full marketing mix
Planning and producing content for marketing purposes in various formats such as film, image and text
Developing marketing initiatives and projects for the DACH market from start to finish
Working with the global marketing team on global projects and campaigns
Working with freelancers and third party stakeholders within the marketing and communications industry
Building relationships with industry contacts and press
Event planning and marketing (some travel might be required)
Additional work that covers the whole marketing mix: Growth and performance marketing strategies, lead generation and conversion, SEO analytics and content development, social media marketing, campaigns and analytics, Google Ads marketing strategies

You have over 3 years experience working within a marketing and communications role
You have experience in all aspects of the marketing sector (360 degree approach)
You have experience working within the Educational Technology sector or educational sector (preferred but not required)
You have experience of working with digital marketing including websites, social media and other digital platforms and systems
You master the creation of lead generation and ROI is what you’re aiming for
You have experience with planning, creating and publishing content across a range of channels - both online and offline
You have event management experience (digital and in-person)
You are well organized but also flexible with how you work as we operate in a very changeable industry
You have budget management experience
You can express yourself well - both orally and in writing
You have good senior stakeholder management experience - both internal and external
You have a good attention to detail, but are able to move projects forward when necessary
You are comfortable with working autonomously, but also work well within a team when required
You are proactive at seeking new opportunities and trying out new marketing and communications initiatives
You are positive and down to earth, and have lots of energy
You speak German fluently and English with a business proficiency ; other language skills are also a merit
You have experience working with the following or similar platforms (preferred but not required):
Adobe Creative Suite
Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Control
HubSpot (and other marketing automation tools)
Comfortable with campaign creation on social media platforms
