Regional Sales Manager
In the role as Regional Sales Manager for ILT Education in Germany, you will sell our flagship products directly to preschools and schools and be responsible for achieving our goals by independently and proactively closing new business. You will work from your home office and report to Head of Sales DACH.

Your mission
Polylino was founded in Sweden (under the name Polyglutt) and is used by over 70% of Sweden’s preschools. After expanding our service to North America, Norway, Finland, and DACH, we are growing fast in these markets. This opportunity is part of an active international expansion as we target the DACH market. The position is based in an EU country, preferably Germany, working for a global company. In this role you will;
- Identify and contact new leads and build a client database
- Contact prospective clients through a variety of mediums, including emailing, phoning, reaching out on social media or meeting in person
- Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Keep on top of administration tasks – such as updating CRM systems. Also documenting sales activities, prepare accurate reports, forecasts and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients at a deeper level
- Keep on top of developments within EdTech
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

What you'll bring to the team
- A dedicated sales person with a proven track record
- Previous experience from the school system, both kindergarten and elementary school
- Result-orientation and a high level of activity
- A team player who is happy to share experience and knowledge
- A person who enjoys being “on the go” with customers when needed and feel comfortable having customer meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- High motivation with a genuine drive to succeed
- A person who is willing and happy to travel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
- Knowledge about Edtech (meritorious but not demanded)
- Fluency in German and English
- Last but not least, you will be an important part of our DACH team and business expanding and establishing mainly in the German market. Nothing is impossible!
