Key Account Manager

ILT Education is experiencing significant growth across all our markets. To support this expansion in Finland, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our flagship products directly to preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, and adult education institutions. One of our flagship offerings, Lukulumo (originally launched in Sweden under the name Polyglutt), is utilized by a majority of preschools and schools in Sweden. Following our successful expansion into Finland, Norway, the UK, and the DACH region, we are rapidly increasing our presence in these markets.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for closing new deals and managing existing accounts. Our sales team serves as the face of ILT Education to our customers. By understanding their needs at all levels, we create better conditions for education and learning. You will collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, implementation, and product development, as well as external partners to deliver the best solutions.
This is a hybrid role where you will split your time between working from home, client meetings, and our office in Helsinki, and the position will involve travel, primarily within Finland.
Your mission
- Manage existing customers to ensure successful and expanded collaboration.
- Identify and reach out to new leads to continue growing our customer base.
- Participate in trade shows and other events.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, implementation, and product teams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the EdTech sector.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
What you'll bring to the team
- An engaged and successful salesperson with proven experience.
- A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- High motivation with a genuine drive to succeed.
- Attentiveness, problem-solving skills, and a strong business acumen.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- A broad network (specific experience in the education sector is advantageous, but not required).
- Proficient in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (category B).
- Previous experience in the education or EdTech sector is advantageous, but not required.
